Membership Terms and Conditions
By taking out a membership you accept these membership terms and conditions and our health and safety terms and conditions.
All members are required to have their photo taken on their first member visit to validate their membership card on entry.
If you are paying for your Membership monthly for 12 months, you are committing to make a minimum of 12 monthly consecutive payments. Payments will continue to be taken until you cancel your payment with your Bank or Building Society. Should payments be interrupted, your membership will be cancelled and outstanding balance pursued.
Should it not be possible to collect your payment due to insufficient funds, your membership will immediately be put ‘on hold’ and the membership card will not be accepted at admissions for entry.
Should it not be possible to collect your payment due to insufficient funds for two months in a row, your membership will be cancelled and it will not be possible to apply for a monthly membership.
Should you visit during a period when your Membership is on hold as a result of your payment not being collected due to insufficient funds, you will not be able to enter as a Member and you will be required to pay the normal session admission charge.
Memberships can only be used when the named child/children is attendance.
Each Member will be issued his or her own Membership Card.
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party.
Membership is non refundable.
The authorised Member must show their Membership Card at the Entrance each time they visit.
Members under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Photocopies of Membership Cards will not be accepted.
Events subject to change without notice and no refunds or compensation is paid should our site close due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Secret Realm reserves the right to close part of or all of the facilities within the venue at any given time without prior notice or compensation.
All Membership Cards remain the property of The Secret Realm and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud and misuse.
Failure to present a valid Membership Card will result in a charge of the walk-in admission rate.
Although entry may be gained. Memberships can’t be used alongside other promotions. For example, Kidz Club 50% of the food cost must be purchased.
Lost Membership Cards should be reported to a member of the team immediately. In the event of a lost Membership Card, will will re-issue a replacement card and charge an administration fee of £5.00 per card.
Entry remains on a first come, first served basis. Pre bookings are a must.
The Secret Realm reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions from time to time with one months notice sent to all members via email.
