Children are advised to wear suitable clothing i.e. trousers, long sleeved shirts and socks.

No smoking. No e-cigarettes.

Jewellery is worn at your own risk. If you are wearing glasses, particular care should be taken.

No food or drink is to be taken into any of the play structures.

Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

All height and age restrictions imposed by the management must be adhered to at all times.

Parents/guardians must ensure that children do not become overheated.

Children who are unwell should not use the equipment.

No running around the outside of the play i.e. near cafe or toilets.

It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise and accompany children for the full duration of their time at The Secret Realm Scarborough.

The Secret Realm Scarborough cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents that occur due to unsupervised play.

Only food and drink bought on the premises may be consumed in The Secret Realm Scarborough, with the exception of baby food and other products at the manager’s discretion.

Our sessions fill fast. Should you wish to cancel/reschedule your session, we will need at least 24 hours notice. Refunds within this time frame will not be issued.

To confirm a party date. A non refundable deposit of £50 will be required.

Any amendments within 48 hours of a party date, the organiser will receive a credit note for the value of the amendment.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. We do not sell your data to third party companies.
